Close to Port Arthur which was the main purpose of our visit
Nil. Very satisfied
It is a lovely period reproduction, set in a nice spot with a lovely nature and water view. The meal was great. Nice quiet spot, no neighbors, not too much traffic.
Nothing negative to say - it's a lovely place to stay.
The position was very handy the meals were excellent the rooms however could do with a revamp with new paint new pillows.
fantastic meals and accomadation close to port arthur.
The room was comfortable, quiet and we had a beautiful view - I don't think we every saw the room service people - which we liked - they were efficient and not visual. We were really taken with the quickness and friendliness of the staff in the Restaurant - we watched them and they took all drink and food orders quickly and food come at a really fast pace - some places in Hobart could learn something for you guys. Also really loved your fire place - just wonderful and really topped off a great stay for us celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Many thanks Ian and Aileen Hough
Your efficiency and the ease you went about making everyone feel at home........
Heating inadequate, otherwise everything else ok.
Close and convenient to the conference facility that i was atending
We purposely booked this place as it has a restaurant and bar to have a drink, the owners called us at 6.30-7pm to say they're closing early and to get food somewhere else! We had to eat 50km away at another town and drive to hotel at 9.30 without being able to have a drink! Not good! Also key just left in the door to let yourself in!!
The convenience of the location and the dinner in the restaurant was very nice
Finding the previous guests left over food and drinks in the fridge! The fact there was no cooked breakfast available on site.
staff very helpful and very quiet and private
There was a relaxing atmosphere - lovely decor and landscaping with extensive grounds backing on to the water. A very quiet spot close to Port Arthur historical site. Would love to go again.
It was well situated to visit Port Arthur
The place is in need of a make-over. It also needs air con, a fan no longer suffices. Lots of insects, flies mostly, but the gap under the door kept nothing much out. Parking outside your room is an issue as top-floor units can occupy and it is first in gets the space. This proved difficult when you leave and you have a fair bit of luggage.
It was the best located accommodation for visiting Port Arthur. The bar and restaurant set up was very relaxing and the food was good country fare.
The rooms i booked were not available when i arrived and reception were unhelpful in rectifying the situation. There were however extremely busy.
